Association of Cyprus International Financial Firms

Welcome to ACIFF

The Association of Cyprus International Financial Firms (ACIFF), formerly known as the Association of Cyprus International Investment Firms (ACIIF), was founded on 18 December 2009 and currently has more than 90 regulated firms as members.

Being the largest representative body of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), ACIFF has now expanded its scope to include other financial firms which are regulated in Cyprus as its members, as well as institutions involved in the provision of crypto asset services (CASPs).

The purpose of ACIFF is the representation of its Members’ views and interests in all aspects of their activities, including the prompt and reliable briefing of the legislation, regulations, directives and any relevant information which is related to their daily operations.

ACIFF Mission

The protection, growth and representation of the interests and professional rights of its Members or any other of their interests and their rights as well as the study of all issues and problems which affect them or which are related to them.

The collaboration with similar Associations, Bodies and Federations of other countries, bodies of the European Union and international bodies that have as their object the promotion of issues of investment interest with the purpose to promote growth and the institutions of the Cypriot financial sector and its interconnection with the international environment.

ACIFF Members

The application of any legal person to become a Regular Member or Associate Member of ACIFF shall be examined initially by the Board which may approve the application by Special Majority. In the event of approval of the legal person’s application by the Board, the applicant will be rendered a Regular or Associate Member.
